Payment must be done upfront or after the first Wip/initial sketch is sent.
i don't do payment plans. 50/50 payments won't be done unless the commission is over 150$ & in those cases i will not be getting started or making any further progress until the full amount has been paid.
tips are very much appreciated.

payments must be sent within 5 days after the sketch has been sent (can be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks within valid reason).
your commission will be cancelled, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again & the sketch will be repurposed if you fail to do so. longer extensions can be made to recurring customers.
different rules are in place for slots requested to be put on hold (option only available for commissions that have not gotten started on already).

I won't redo any commissions when they're already finished.
if you're unsatisfied with anything please let me know while your piece is still in progress, i will send you frequent updates so you will have time to notify me. any changes/alts to be done after i'm finished might come at an additional cost.

i reserve the right to decline any kind of commission for any reason.

no refunds.
i will not be refunding nor partially refunding any commissions after payment gets sent, even if you'd like to cancel them. this is due to the fees & the fact that i don't have a way of refunding you without being at a huge loss.

i will not be removing my signature unless a +70% fee of the total price of the commission is paid.

when posting my art on social media please credit me & ask for a watermarked version of the artwork.
credit can be added by either adding my handle on that specific social media or by attaching a link to any of my social media or my carrd.

i will be using your commission as an example & post it on social media unless requested otherwise.

i will not work on deadlines.
you're free to check in and ask for updates anytime, although i will be notifying you if any progress has been made. please don't rush me.

my commissions are usually first come first serve.
however, if i have a lot of commissions in my queue, smaller commissions will be heavily prioritized.

my turnaround time is same day-1 month or more per drawing after the initial sketch is sent.
it might heavily vary depending on the commission, queue & my personal life.

my art is for personal use only, unless a 100% fee over the commission price is added for commercial use.
i will not work with nft, crypto, scam or nsfw projects.

i only take paypal, ko-fi, stripe & (brazillian only) pix.
more payment options might be available in the future.

after purchasing an adopt from me, you'll have full rights over them.
i am not responsible for what you do with your adopts after purchase, the only exception to this rule is if you are found to be exclusively buying my adopts for reselling purposes, in which you will be blacklisted for doing so.

Complex characters: +1o-25% of price for 1 character depending on complexity & commission type

simple/transparent/gradient background: free

complex/scenery background: +2$-50$ usd or more depending on complexity & commission type
